The location near the train station is fantastic. I could easily access public transport and find nearby food options. The breakfast offered a nice variety of pastries and coffee throughout the day, which I loved. The room had limited outlets was good. I noticed the sound isolation wasn't great, as I could hear conversations in the hallway and noise from outside late at night. A few more amenities like shower gel would have been nice.

it was in a perfect and amazing location steps away from games. it was also just next door to shops/sights/public transport, both shopping areas and both tourist areas, and the prestigious louise / louiza avenue.
Some of the staff were not very helpful.

Good location, with the metro very fast and easy to reach, very friendly and courteous staff. Very good breakfast with a large selection.
Room a bit worn and not very clean. WLAN of the worse sort also generally bad mobile reception in the hotel. Many different levels are not suitable for handicapped people.

Staff friendly and helpful. Kettle, tea and coffee, fridge. Location central and it's easy to get to the center on foot . Vending machine.
It was a bit tight.

The breakfast buffet impresses with modest yet essential selections. Clean rooms provide a basic but functional space for resting after exploring the city.
The TV isn't smart, limiting your entertainment options, and there's a frustrating lack of outlets, forcing you to juggle your devices beneath a table. The showerhead leaks regardless of reported fixes, a hassle.

Great location and very friendly staff. Subway in the immediate vicinity, but the city center is also within easy walking distance.
The elevator is quite small

I enjoyed my stay, especially the clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of foods to start my day. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and shops.
The hotel has an odd layout.

The location was pretty nice. We were close to a lot of stores and a metro station. The breakfast was nice b/c it was brought to our table.
The hotel room was extremely tiny. The shower was broken and their was no plug for the bathtub. Also there was no shower curtain. Just a fixed glass wall that only covered half of the tub. Bath time was interesting in this room. The bathtub was extremely dirty along with the rest of the room. We actually tried to find another place to stay but everything else was booked up. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I was impressed at the good value this hotel gives, especially as it is near the centre. Very comfortable bed, and good breakfast, open all hours for access and helpful staff.
